We have all been in situations where fear took over. Fear of making a mistake. Fear of being found out we are a fraud.

We couldn’t move forward.

We have also experienced freedom from fear. Working in an environment where we know it is ok to try something new. Knowing we will learn something valuable if it doesn’t work.
